ITC announces the launch of a national network of solicitors firms with specialist probate experience. The service is called 'Probate Solicitors Network' and will further broaden the range of advice and signposting that Bereavement Advice Centre, the free helpline and web-based information service provided by ITC, offers to its callers.

  • ITC Welcomes Which? Report into Will and Probate Fees

ITC has long called for clearer pricing in the Probate sector and welcomes the fact that Which? has established clear and impartial price benchmarks for the first time. ITC can confirm that it would charge £4,095 to administer the sample estate used by Which? – a clear saving over all of the professional groups in this survey and over 20% less than the average solicitor’s quote.

  • Beneficiaries of Wills to get a better deal

Today we launched our new policy. We will renounce as executors if requested by beneficiaries. This policy gives bereaved families the freedom to choose their own probate provider if they do not wish to use our services giving them access to competitive pricing for the service.
